Dear Sam,

Optimal nutrition has been a life or death requirement for me since I got a wakeup call in the form of a malignant hypertension almost 30 years ago. Fortunately, a strict vegan diet, coupled with exercise and meditation has allowed me to control my blood pressure at the lower levels of normal for the past 22 years without drugs.

When I first became aware of The Ultimate Meal two years ago and read the label I could hardly believe my eyes.
